Dynafly

Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 is almost there.

It is an ERP with highly collaborative work environment, the best user interface, automated approval workflows, and search capabilities like “google.” GP 10.0 also (and maybe the most important feature) integrates SharePoint’s Workflow Foundation directly into the product.

Meanwhile, SL 7.0 is .Net-enabled business portal functionality. SL 7.0 can run on SharePoint.

On the front side of Microsoft we have Popfly Creator, which is a set of online visual tools for building Web pages and mashups. Popfly is a social network that enables you to connect with other creators to keep track of their latest projects. With Popfly we can visually design our Web page without writing code using the same technology that powers the Microsoft Office Live Web Designer embeding mashups, gadgets, and other dynamic content built by you or the Popfly community directly into your site.

This technology is called .Net, network services, Web services, and open network environment among others. The core philosophy provides information technologies to act as a services over the Internet. This allows companies to purchase only the functionality they need when they need it, the new architecture can substantially reduce investments in IT assets.

Using Web services also reduces the risk that companies will end up using obsolete technologies; third-party utilities and application providers will be required to offer the most up-to-date technologies in order to compete.Without getting too technical, the Popfly can be the foundation for Dynamics allowing information to be exchanged easily among different applications. Popfly provide the common languages for Web services, enabling applications to connect freely to other applications and to read electronic messages from them. The standards would dramatically simplify and streamline information management—you no longer have to write customized code whenever communication with a new application is needed for Dynamics.logo-final2.jpg
